Amount Measure Ingredient — Preparation Method

2 tablespoons flax seed meal
2 tablespoons textured soy protein
1/2 cup water
1 packet splenda
2 dashes cinnamon
1 tablespoon half and half
Combine flax meal and tvp with water and microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes on high. Stir in splenda to taste, a few shakes of cinnamon and pour on the cream! Wonderful texture (mouth feel) and taste PLUS protein and lots of fiber!
Per Serving: 125 Calories; 6g Fat (42.5% calories from fat); 9g Protein; 10g Carbohydrate; 6g Dietary Fiber; 6mg Cholesterol; 11mg Sodium.
